Tom Posey is a strategic resource and member of the Advisory Board of Process Partners, LLC. Tom's firm provides Process Partners and our clients with leading strategies and concepts for enhancing executive management effectiveness.
Tom is the founder of Posey Associates, LLC a professional consulting firm providing experienced counsel to clients on Strategy and Alignment, Leadership Transformation, Executive and Team Coaching, and Scenarios. Tom has 20+ years of business experience with Fortune 500 companies, including Anheuser- Busch, BellSouth, American Standard-Trane and Miller Brewing.
He has held numerous leadership positions as a Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), SVP Organizational Capability, VP Business Process Management, and VP Human Resources.
With pressures to do more with less, reduce the costs of goods, grow market share, and deliver real, tangible results more rapidly- many organizations find themselves trying to implement new structures, high performance processes, and efficiency systems only to find themselves organizationally stuck and frozen during the change.
By combining real world operational experience with sophisticated strategies and analytical tools, Tom is gifted in helping companies realize their competitive advantage by developing and aligning leadership teams to focus collaboratively during these times of change.
Tom is a Board Member, of the University of Michigan- Executive Education Advisory Committee, Member of the Advisory Board - Douglas A. Fraser Center for Workplace Issues, and a Six Sigma green belt.
He is a graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership- Executive Development Program and the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI, Advanced Strategic Bargaining Program.
He attended the Ohio State University where he studied Human Resources, holds a BA
Degree in Philosophy/Logic from Youngstown State University, and was a Ph.D. candidate in Philosophy/Logic at the University of Cincinnati.
