Terry Bay
Terry Bay is an Associate Consultant and Technical Advisor to Process Partners, LLC. As an Associate Consultant he assists clients in addressing operating and financial performance and regulatory challenges involving a combination of financial, technology and business process issues.
Terry has over 15 years of financial, supply chain and technology experience in the managed services and telecommunications industries. His industry experience includes financial and operations executive management responsibilities encompassing - strategy, finance, accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and global order fulfillment. During Terry's industry career he led the development of enterprise strategies and the execution of mergers and acquisitions. Throughout his career he has focused on continually improving key business processes.
In addition to his industry positions Terry had 10 years of consulting experience with Big 4 CPA firms, assisting multinational technology companies in a variety of revenue recognition and taxation challenges.

- Developed business plan and service description detailing managed service offerings, including service level agreements and standard operating procedures. Negotiated and executed contracts with customers representing 90% of company's managed services revenue.
- Finalized $1.5 million server and storage leases and software licenses ensuring cash expenditures mirrored revenue structure.
- Led the optimization of customer order receipt through delivery, including alignment of bookings, backlog and on-time delivery in support of a $9 billion North American business unit.
- Let the development and implementation of a global order fulfillment process including initial TL9000/ISO9000 certification. Reduced the cost per order by 35% and increased on-time delivery by 50%.
- Managed and completed consolidation of 57 global order centers into six order centers worldwide, reducing resource requirements and improving customer service.
