Randy Geoghagan

Randy Geoghagan is an Associate Consultant and Technical Advisor to Process Partners, LLC. Randy has over 18 years of information technology management and consulting experience in building and deploying large-scale ERP systems, Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) organizations, and business process improvement programs. Randy has in-depth SAP application implementation and management experience.

Randy has an established track record as a technology executive experienced in building and growing organizations that develop partnerships with functional leaders through a consultative approach, effective listening, and meticulous follow-through. Randy is proficient on capitalizing on business opportunities to implement process and technology programs that force out waste and inefficiency to help organizations obtain strategic objectives.

Randy's achievements include the following:

Vice President, with responsibility for building a new organization to manage over $100MM in strategic projects. Responsible for creating corporate-wide methodology for evaluating, prioritizing and implementing enterprise level initiatives to achieve strategic objectives.

  • Managed team to implement SAP xRPM - Project & Portfolio Management (PPM).

  • Developed and implemented corporate-wide governance structure for all capital projects.

  • Developed and implemented global business case templates and project estimation tools.
Led a team of 100+ internal and external resources from 6 different countries to deliver a $50MM implementation of SAP ECC 6.0 throughout 17 locations in North, Central and South America. Overall program management responsibilities included all functional, technical and change management components.
  • Recruited and managed contract resources to deliver project within 10% of original estimate.

  • SAP modules implemented were: SD, MM, PP, QM, FI, CO, SAP BW/BI, XI, uPerform, Solution Mgr.
Directly managed implementation of $18MM SAP 4.6c project to replace legacy systems.
  • Modules implemented were: SD, MM, PP, QM, FI, CO, Business Objects, RWD InfoPak

  • Developed team of internal resources to utilize LEAN methodology and tools to eliminate waste and inefficiency from SG&A processes. Team delivered over $8MM in organizational cost benefits in 6 months.
SAP America Senior Account Executive
  • Directed all sales activity for global manufacturing companies located in the Southeast US over $2B in total revenue. Successfully completed transactions with Ciba Vision Corporation, Calsonic Kansei, UCB Chemical and Akzo Nobel.
Randy has his MBA from Emory University's Goisueta Business School and his B.B.A in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia in Athens.
