Alan Tope
Alan Tope is an Associate Consultant and Technical Advisor to Process Partners. Alan has over 30 years of a combination of entrepreneurial, executive management and information technology and business process consulting experience. His strengths include IT governance, organizational change, business process optimization and project management, focused on helping a wide range of organizations solve complex organizational and process problems. Alan is the founder/CEO of two successful IT product and service companies.

Founder/CEO of AKTion Associates, Inc. Started from scratch; grew to multi-million dollar regional systems integrator serving small to mid-size businesses. One of first national winners of IBM's prestigious Premier Business Partner award.
Co-founder/CEO of Liberty Software Systems, Inc. Developed, distributed, and supported vertical market PC-based application software, serving North American markets.
First CIO of a $500M rapidly-growing, multi-company conglomerate
